    Join me for my spring pop-up! I will be teaming up with Chef Tere Fox and Luis Salagdo, owners of Rockin’ Raw to celebrate plant based food inspired by the spring. This unique dining experience will be four courses of delicious and healthy cuisine inspired by fresh ingredients, bright colors, and innovative plating. Local, organic, and seasonal produce will be the foundation of the ingredients. The event will be Tuesday, April 10th at Rockin’ Raw in the West Village. There will be three waves of seating: 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm, and 10:00 pm. During your ticket checkout, you will have the opportunity to inform me of any allergies you may have. (There will be a gluten free option for this dinner.)
